Conflicting text around ticket emails

Conflicting text around ticket emails.

I can not get it to email an automatic notification my thirdparty when I create a ticket with them as the thirdparty.

I tried both sliding it either way - I still do not get any email on creation :frowning:

Which version of dolibarr ?

This is only working if the ticket is created from the public interface. If you create a ticket from Dolibarr it will not work which is expected.

There is a checkbox on the create ticket to check in order to notify the client that you have created the ticket.

I’ve tagged it v18, but specific it is container image tuxgasy 18.0.4

I created it from Dolibarr, but I plan to create it from the API

I did check that and then I do get emails.

I think the issue was that I wanted to have more control of the full content of the message using my own notification template

I think my issue is that one text says “always disable from public interface” and the overlay text says “Enable this to disable all email notifications”.

Which one does it actually do?

Where are you seeing these options ?
