Editing TicketMessageMailIntroText

Hello friends, I am having a problem with the e-mail sent to customers when the ticket is answered.
Even though I edit the TicketMessageMailIntroText it does not change.

Where am I making a mistake?

Hello friends, I solved the problem. The main reason for the problem was that I was using dolibarr in Turkish.

The Notification section does not appear in the Turkish interface. When I update the system language to en_US, Notification settings appear.

I think this is a bug.
